Leadership statement:

I keep abreast of the change process in the educational settings and have applied this understanding by initiating change and leading change as necessary.

Increasing population and rapid social change within the catchment area, have challenged me to offset and ameliorate the negative aspects whilst encouraging and promoting positives.

My approach of shared decision-making, commitment to open and honest communication creates a framework that acknowledges and encourages a partnership approach within the school community.

With large schools comes a complexity of relationships, which demand a high degree of ability in problem-solving and communication skills. Therefore, I have a high level of skill in human relations and independent judgement.
