I have experience in dealing with a number of different specialist units within the primary school.

The EPSEN act under law gives all children the right to an individual educational plan and also the right to receive a primary education in a school of their choice. Teaching children with special educational needs a special skills coupled with love, patience and kindness and a capacity to empathise with those children.

Not only does a teacher need to be trained in specific special education areas but they also need to have a deep interest and conviction for the educational special needs children, in an interview that needs to be shown.
